We can give a free estimate if you send us photos of your properties front, sides and back.

we send a text the night before asking customers to have there gate open by 8 the next morning, payment on the day by cash or bank transfer, cancellation after the first year is free or x2 the cleaning cost within the first year ( this covers the extra time & water costs of first cleans).

and we will give you the next clean half price if they become a monthly customer. 

We clean frames, glass and sills using pure water.
